WLUGSA and WLU Committee Members Needed
The Board is looking for volunteers. So if you want to help but don’t want the responsibility of a Board position - volunteer! There are plenty of opportunities to volunteer as a graduate student representative on numerous University committees. You will provide an important voice for the graduate student community by providing input into the decisions made within the University.
The time commitment for being a representative varies greatly, with some committees only meeting once a term and others more often. You are guaranteed to understand the workings of this institution much better, and meet people from various disciplines and departments. Oh – and it looks great on a résumé too!
